Well, I’m here. I’m in Birmingham, Alabama. Just checked into the hotel and am winding down for the night. I can never sleep when I’m in a hotel. There’s never anything to do but sit around… and do nothing. No UFC video game. No food. No drinks. Just a fuzzy television screen and a laptop. I get so bored… so, I’ve decided to write a few quick notes for you all.
Three and a half hour drive. Passed by FIFTEEN Bingo halls on my through Alabama. And no, I’m not kidding or exaggerating. Seriously. There’s more Bingo halls in Alabama than wrestling organizations in Dyersburg. Bingo must be big business around here.
I’ll get up early in the morning and take the shuttle to the gym. Then, I plan on working on my tan at the pool. After that, it’s off to work at the BJCC Arena. Oh and in typical wrestling-style, my hotel is basically connected to a Waffle House. Wonder what I’ll be eating for breakfast in the morning? Wrestling and Waffle House is almost like wrestlers and strippers. (Blogger’s note: I do not frequent strip clubs.)
