Time for Me to Evaluate

Elite 12Well, there was quite a bit of interest in the evaluation topic. Quite a few comments. Some of you requested more names. And we will get to that. But first, it’s my turn to evaluate.

I have quite a few fans who just can’t wait for a topic to come up like this. They love seeing what it is that I will say. Many feathers get ruffled in these situations. This time should be no different. Afterall, I am my own worst enemy. Or so I hear, anyway.

So, let’s cut to the chase. I know all five guys very well. In fact, a few of them are like brothers to me. My eddishes, if you will. Another is considered to many to be my father (most claim that I am his son and he’d hate to hear it!!) if you can’t shoot straight with your boys, who can you shoot straight with?

Let’s get started:

Derrick King: Mastermind – Plain and simple. Great friend outside of the ring and simply the best wrestler I’ve ever stepped in the ring with. No doubts. No questions. DK is a genius. I don’t always believe in his booking, but he’s a master manipulator. And I mean that in the dearest of ways. He can get you to do anything he wants. He’s that good of a worker. I love the guy.

Stan Lee: Marvel – Hes fantastic. He glides in the ring. When he’s on and motivated, he’s great. Mic skills needs work. But hey, we all need work. What irritates me about Stan is the lack of desire. I’m not knocking him… Just simply saying hat he should put his neck out there and get himself noticed. Those companies would be foolish not to sign a motivated, in-shape Stan Lee.

Christian Jacobs: Potential – I hate to say anything bad. This dude has more potential than all of us. I wish he’d show it. He’s a leader. He needs to step out and get it. I’m not the greatest by any means. I will be one of these days, however. But I say that to say this – I would like to work with CJ in any town at anytime. I would like to just train with him. I think I could help get that potential out. Look at him for crying out loud. He’s an unborn star.

Jerry Lawler: Made – What else is there to say? How can a guy stay so over in the same city for thirty years? He ducks and dodges conflict and comes out smelling like a rose. He’s over.

T@2: Rrrooo – Yes, that’s a real word. Please focus! PLEASE! If you’re reading this, please listen to me. You should be wrestling in front of 20,000 plus every night, on the lonely WWE / TNA road of faith! How many people have to tell you this before you realize it?

I’m sure there will be a lot said about this column. I want to hear it. We all try to get noticed. But some take it a bit more seriously than others. Shoot those comments over. I can’t wait to see them.

Tomorrow – my thoughts on Brian Tramel’s Eric Wayne column.
