Many years ago when I was training to become a professional wrestler, a friend named Jamie Fair told me about an old trick that was sure to cure athlete’s foot.
I never put very much thought into it because I had never had athlete’s foot before. Still, to this day, I have never had athlete’s foot. But with the training schedule I keep now, it crossed my mind to find out if Jamie’s statement was in fact true… or was it just another old wise-tale?

For all of you that make it a habit to aim at your feet while in the shower, nice try – but no cigar. Your best bet is to have a physician examine the foot lesion and if necessary prescribe the correct therapeutic intervention (ie, cream, ointment, etc.).
